1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Rovia FZE LLC ("Rovia", "we", "us", or "our") concerning the Muslim Alarm iOS application, website, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The app is licensed through Apple and is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement. If there is a conflict concerning the App Store license, Apple's Standard EULA controls.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Muslim Alarm. If you are not legally able to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

3. What Muslim Alarm provides

Muslim Alarm calculates prayer times using your settings and location, maintains a rolling Fajr alarm schedule, and provides wake missions and prayer-centered guidance. Features may vary by iOS version, device capability, location, permissions, subscription status, and third-party availability.

4. Prayer times and alarms

Prayer times are calculated estimates based on astronomical methods, selected conventions, device time, location, and user adjustments. Local authorities and mosques may use different timetables or conventions. You are responsible for reviewing the selected method and verifying local times when accuracy is especially important.

Alarm delivery depends on device power, volume, permissions, Focus and Silent Mode behavior, operating-system limits, and correct configuration. You should not rely on Muslim Alarm where a missed alarm could create a safety, health, legal, or emergency risk. Keep an appropriate backup alarm when needed.

Religious guidance in the app is informational. It is not a fatwa or a substitute for advice from a qualified religious authority.

5. Subscriptions and free trials

Premium access may be offered through monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions. Current price, billing period, free-trial eligibility, and renewal details are shown before purchase and may vary by country or currency.

• Payment is charged to your Apple account after confirmation.
• A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel before it ends, Apple charges the displayed subscription price.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
• Billing disputes and refund requests are handled under Apple's applicable policies.

Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. We may change pricing or available plans in accordance with Apple requirements and applicable law.

6. Permissions and device access

Some features require location, alarm, notification, camera, or motion permission. You choose whether to grant these permissions and can change them in iOS Settings. Refusing or revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working.

7. Acceptable use

You may use Muslim Alarm only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

• Interfere with the service, security, infrastructure, or another person's use.
• Attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or abuse service providers.
• Copy, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use the service in a way that violates law or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

Muslim Alarm, its design, software, graphics, text, branding, and other content are owned by Rovia or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party materials remain owned by their respective rights holders.

9. Third-party services

The service relies on Apple, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Cloudflare, and linked reference websites. Their services and terms are outside our control. We are not responsible for third-party content, outages, policies, or decisions, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, address security or legal requirements, or respond to third-party changes. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or location.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Muslim Alarm and the website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, or complete accuracy. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rovia and its officers, employees, and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, missed prayers, missed alarms, device issues, or third-party failures arising from the service. Our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for Muslim Alarm during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, intentional misconduct, or certain consumer rights.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or misuse the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in Sharjah will have jurisdiction, except that mandatory consumer law may give you rights or forums in your country of residence. Apple's Standard EULA contains separate governing-law provisions for the app license.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version becomes effective when posted with a new effective date, unless law requires additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
